Aim

The London Beer factory is a brewery and tap room based in South east London. The owners asked HQ Cabling Solutions to provide two new HD screen viewing areas, which will allow large 77” viewing screens that will be used for sport and events. Especially with Euro 2024 starting, it was imperative that HQ provide a high-quality solution on time and within budget.

Solution

HQ provided an Optoma HD146X projector and Sapphire SEWS180RWSF-ATR, drop-down electric screens. Which will give a large viewing area of 77”.

We also installed HDMI over CAT 6 converters to the SKY box. This solution means the HDMI connection can go over the 20m limit. This will give a more reliable connection.

HQ’s engineers are also qualified electricians, so the power which needed to be provided to the screens and projector could be done more cost effectively. Having one contractor do both the AV and Electrical work, allows for a much more cost-effective solution for our customers.

The audio was connected into the existing speaker system and tested to make sure there were no sync issues around the building.
